SHEILA DUNN
PRESIDENT
Sheila Dunn has 30 years of experience in the title industry from top to bottom; be it as an abstractor, examiner, escrow processor, closer, to all post-closing responsibilities — Sheila has seen it all. As President, Ms. Dunn is responsible for the smooth running of all aspects of Green Brick Title’s business. Sheila’s depth of knowledge is put to work to make our customers’ experiences informative and their closings complete, and accurate. She is a strong communicator with all of our stake holders within the Green Brick Partners family and outside of the companies as well.

Sheila travels the globe, surfs all local concert venues to broaden her wide and varied musical taste, and her real boss is a 7 pound Shorkie named Cricket.
LANA STRICKLAND
COMMERCIAL ESCROW OFFICER
Lana Strickland, our Commercial Escrow Officer, joined Green Brick Title in 2019. She is responsible for guiding our client’s commercial transactions from inception to disbursements and through the issuance of final policy. Lana is dedicated to exceeding client’s expectations and committed to keeping them well informed every step of the way.
Before starting her escrow career, Lana worked as a legal assistant for a real estate attorney where she gained valuable experience in real estate transactions. She is a proud graduate of Texas Woman’s University and went on to graduate law school from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law in May of 2020.
Lana makes her home here in North Texas with her husband, Tyler and their two dogs, Lucy and Emmy. Lana enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and taking Lucy and Emmy to the lake. She also loves to bake, much to her husband’s delight!
QUINATIA WILLIAMS
ESCROW OFFICER
Quinatia Williams started her escrow career in 2004 as a receptionist for Chicago Title, when as so many have been, she was ensnared by the allure of title. She has extensive experience in residential and commercial closings, as well as refinances, relocations, and builder accounts.
In 2019, Quinatia took a brief break to pursue her second love and became a licensed aesthetician; in 2021, she transferred her varied interests- along with her husband and 3 children- from Phoenix to DFW, and joined the Green Brick Title team in early May. Quinatia has two beloved 14 year old boys, and one 4 year old princess who keeps her on her toes.
When not at the office, Quinatia can be found exploring her new hometown. She is excited to see what joys Texas will hold for her!
JENNIFER MCMILLEN
ESCROW OFFICER
Jennifer McMillen comes to Green Brick Title with 25 years of title experience. She started as an escrow/title assistant with a company in New Mexico when she was in her early twenties. She took a break from the title business to raise her oldest son and got back into the business in 2005 when her youngest son was a year old. She was the funder for a family-owned title company in New Mexico and within a few years became the senior escrow officer and funding supervisor. She worked closely with multiple builders in the area and had the privilege of working with attorneys on the larger commercial transactions. She has experience with closing FHA, VA, and Conventional loans and dealing with both local and national lenders. She loves the interaction she has with new home buyers at the closing table and tries to make the closing process a smooth and stress-free time for all involved.
Jennifer moved back to her hometown of Carrollton, Texas in January 2022 and is enjoying seeing old friends from her school years. In her spare time you can find her in the backyard enjoying the day, in the house working on a new quilt, or reading a book with her 15 year old cat sitting on her lap.
