Sheila Dunn - President
Sheila Dunn has 30 years of experience in the title industry from top to bottom; be it as an abstractor, examiner, escrow processor, closer, to all post-closing responsibilities — Sheila has seen it all. As President, Ms. Dunn is responsible for the smooth running of all aspects of Green Brick Title’s business. Sheila’s depth of knowledge is put to work to make our customers’ experiences informative and their closings complete, and accurate. She is a strong communicator with all of our stake holders within the Green Brick Partners family and outside of the companies as well.

Sheila travels the globe, surfs all local concert venues to broaden her wide and varied musical taste, and her real boss is a 7 pound Shorkie named Cricket.
Jeff Hollis - Georgia Title Manager & Attorney
After thirty-five years of Georgia real estate law experience, Jeff is now applying his knowledge to grow Green Brick Title’s Georgia practice. Jeff has extensive knowledge of residential and commercial property law, including titles, closings, curative work and litigation; commercial organization and transactions, corporate formation and development, contract negotiation, review and drafting and litigation.
Jeff entered the Georgia Institute of Technology at the age of sixteen and graduated at twenty, then attended law school at the University of Georgia. Living in Athens in the heyday of its indie explosion fueled his love of music, from rock to soul, and cemented his loyalty to UGA football. Jeff created his own firm specializing in real-estate law, operating independently in a commercial practice for over twenty-five years.
Jeff has extensive experience in virtually all areas of real estate law, from drafting contracts to resolving land disputes and quieting title. His client base has included lenders, developers, builders, owners and a railroad. He has represented clients directly and has been called as an expert witness in real estate related litigation in state and federal courts, ranging from dispossessory actions to appellate practice, on topics ranging from boundary disputes and adverse possession to tax deeds, constructive trusts and the termination of a joint tenant’s right of survivorship.
Jeff combined his knowledge and interest in music by investing in and co-owning various night spots, including the Righteous Room in Atlanta’s Poncey-Highland neighborhood. Jeff recently married University of Texas grad Kathryn Young, in a beautiful ceremony at the Basilica of the Sacred Heart in Atlanta. They and their dog Sophie live in Dunwoody, Georgia.
